I want you to know that when you work with me you’re working with someone who is doing her deep dive.  

I’m passionate about helping others unravel the lies and myths they hold that keep them from finding their unique brand of happiness. We are up against curated Instagram accounts, Facetuned photos, and Pinterest worthy lives that make us feel like not only have we missed the mark, but we can’t even see the damn thing.

Through my life and experience as a single-mother (let’s all take a moment of silence for all tween parents in the era of social media), I have learned that my “No” carries a power and grace that allows me to create my own rules where my needs and desires are not hidden thoughts, but real stones that create my castle.

My biggest heartaches and deepest self-doubt have given me the space to create and reign in my own kingdom.

I am forever in awe of the strength of the human heart to come back from trauma, betrayal, grief, and disillusion.
